The Registered Nurse (RN) to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program is designed for RNs who have completed an associate degree or diploma program in nursing and wish to advance their education by earning a BSN. The program builds upon prior nursing education and professional experience, providing students with a strong foundation in leadership, evidence-based practice, community health, and interprofessional collaboration.
Students complete the program in an online format designed to accommodate working professionals. Coursework emphasizes critical thinking, communication, and leadership within diverse healthcare settings, preparing graduates to assume roles that influence quality outcomes and advance the nursing profession.
